Common housing registers technical factsheet

Scout Solutions delivers cost-effective common housing register software. By sharing one applicant register each co-operating landlord sees the solution uniquely tailored to how they use it.
Create the perfect solution for YOUR needs by choosing from our list of specialist functions including:
Needs Policies - as You Like Them
Where there is not a common needs policy each landlord sees an applicant according to their own policy, whether it is points, banding or other methods, e.g. an applicant can be top of the list with one landlord and half way down with another.
Individual Landlord Allocation Policies
Different allocation policies mean landlords see households as appropriate for different size properties, e.g. a family with two boys aged 6 & 9 might be seen as suitable for a 2 bed by the council but a 3 bed by an RSL.
Our solution takes individual allocation policies into account in matching people to property.
Dynamic Application Process
Our registration form "intelligently" moves from question to question depending on the answers given, making completing it simple and fast.
Mutual Exchange and Transfers
Applicants can register as a transfer and they will be treated according to the policies of the landlords co-operating on transfers, even if it is not all the landlords. They may also elect to be offered mutual exchanges.
Purging of Register
This can be run when required or on a rolling basis, e.g. 2% of the list every week over a year. Where SMS and e-mail tools have been included these can be used to automate the process and save costs.
