HomeSwapper launches an Urgent Moves Service
Delivering effective housing options to tenants who need it most
In a bid to address the lack of a national service to facilitate moving households in urgent need of re-housing, HomeSwapper, thanks to its size and track record, have today launched an Urgent Moves Service (UMS).
HomeSwapper's new Urgent Moves Service is a free tool for partnering landlords enabling them to help move households in urgent need of re-housing. A service allowing landlords to blend the power of HomeSwapper's automated matching with the need for urgent moves.
John Carthew, Managing Director of HomeSwapper explains: "Not since the demise of the HOMES Mobility Scheme in 2007 has there been a national scheme to facilitate households who need to move urgently. However demand never went away from both tenants and landlords."
