Our company Ethos permeates both the big decisions, such as which markets to enter, right through to small ones, such as providing a fruit bowl for staff or using fair-trade coffee. The Ethos is not a vision or a goal to be achieved in the future, instead it runs through the business day by day influencing it at all levels.
We set aside a portion of profit to fund projects that aim to create self-sustainability for people in need in the UK or abroad, but as well as our Ethos affecting our commercial decisions we also get involved locally. We take part in charity events and support projects such as Ability.Net, which provides advice and services to the disabled on how technology can assist them.
